My wife and I have recently used Durrants for both our sale and purchase, and the whole team in Beccles has been quite frankly marvellous! It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, given some external complications, but the team has guided us through the process in a really professional and friendly way. I would highly recommend using Durrants, and in particular the Beccles branch.
Whilst it was a team effort, I’d like to personally thank Koryn, Lisa, Caroline and Vanessa, who have been on hand throughout and who have had to deal with us at our most ‘needy’. The purchase of our dream home would not have been possible without you!

We turned up to an open house without an appointment but your staff on site that day and afterwards were excellent and extremely friendly. Showing us around the house and explaining everything. Your branch manager Koryn Hudson worked with us tirelessly to agree a final offer and allowing us to move into the new house in around 11 weeks. This involved significantly more effort than usual, we are truly thankful to Koryn, Durrants and Badger Building. Above all we have a really great house with a quality build throughout.
