I’ve just rented a house through Durrants and Eleanor Richards was great to deal with. She has been efficient and proactive in all communications and an absolute professional at all times.
Eleanor Richards is an excellent property manager—professional, responsive, and very attentive. She did a wonderful job handling everything and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Genuinely caring and professional staff – it was a pleasure to have the team handle our property sale. Particular credit to their excellent communication. Our grateful thanks to the whole team.
My wife and I have recently used Durrants for both our sale and purchase, and the whole team in Beccles has been quite frankly marvellous! It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, given some external complications, but the team has guided us through the process in a really professional and friendly way. I would highly recommend using Durrants, and in particular the Beccles branch.
Whilst it was a team effort, I’d like to personally thank Koryn, Lisa, Caroline and Vanessa, who have been on hand throughout and who have had to deal with us at our most ‘needy’. The purchase of our dream home would not have been possible without you!
Thank you all so much
We turned up to an open house without an appointment but your staff on site that day and afterwards were excellent and extremely friendly. Showing us around the house and explaining everything. Your branch manager Koryn Hudson worked with us tirelessly to agree a final offer and allowing us to move into the new house in around 11 weeks. This involved significantly more effort than usual, we are truly thankful to Koryn, Durrants and Badger Building. Above all we have a really great house with a quality build throughout.
We cannot praise the fantastic team at the Beccles office enough. They worked tirelessly on our behalf over several months whilst we awaited probate on our purchase.
All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and kept me informed at all stages.
Jakki in Harleston was great from the moment I requested a viewing at Valley View. She took her time and always went into great detail. No request was ever too much. It was a very pleasant experience purchasing my house through Durrants.
All the staff at Durrants were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Koryn and Caroline. They were always available to answer our questions whether it was from a phone call or e- mail. They were there every step of the way and after. I would highly recommend the team at Beccles Durrants.
Very friendly, good humoured and helpful staff. They all worked tirelessly to sell the property and went above and beyond to help out countless times as the property was a distance away from my home. Would recommend!
