After starting her career buying land for some of the largest housing developers in Europe, Chartered Planner Jasmine joined Durrants in 2022, quickly being promoted to Senior Planner and Development Surveyor. She now heads up the Planning function at Durrants, working on a variety of planning projects including farm diversification, local plan promotion work, planning appeals, lawful development certificates, changes of use and residential schemes (including barn conversions). With a particular specialism and interest in rural development and heritage projects, Jasmine has maintained an 80% approval rate for planning applications since she joined the team.
