He is considered an industry expert in the surveying of all types of land and buildings for loan/purchase purposes including Building Surveys and currently runs his own estate agency training company specialising in compliance and professional standards.
Since 2020, Andrew has been employed as an independent Assessor for Propertymark, the professional body for the property sector, examining estate agents and developing and delivering training courses on all aspects of estate agency and surveying.
