A statement from Durrants Managing Director, Dominic Parravani, on the effects of Coronavirus.
As the spread of Covid-19 continues, we wanted to reassure our clients, customers and fellow professionals that we are constantly reviewing the effects of Coronavirus. The well-being of our clients and employees is our primary focus. We are adhering strictly to government guidelines, whilst remaining fully committed to providing  an ongoing service to our clients across all sectors of our business.
To limit the risks to all, we are trying to avoid face-to-face meetings and will communicate primarily via email or telephone. We have excellent IT systems in place; many of our staff are already working from home. We endeavour to keep our residential and letting offices open and fully operational as long as government advice allows. We will continue to deliver high levels of service across all our departments.
During these challenging times, our staff will keep in contact with clients and we will notify you of any changes to our working practices and services.
All relevant contact details for our offices and staff members can be found on our website: durrants.com
Should you require a meeting with any of our staff, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can still make arrangements for you to meet in our offices or on site. Alternatively our staff members also have access to a remote conferencing service which allows us to conduct meetings with you online, where necessary.
We have weathered many storms since 1853 and I can assure you that Durrants are well prepared to meet the challenges ahead. We look forward to returning to normal working conditions in the near future.
