During the summer I had the pleasure of selling my late Sister’s House in Halesworth. Not often you can tie the word ‘pleasure’ in with selling houses, but in this case it is most appropriate to do so.

The team at Durrants inspired me with confidence from the outset, and sold the property on very swiftly (six hours in fact!) I didn’t even have time to travel back to my own home, the phone was ringing with the good news when I opened the door!

The selling process, including final house clearance and auctioning off of a couple of items of furniture all went smoothly and now I can rest back in the knowledge that my Sister would be very pleased to know that her house is going to be enjoyed by someone who will cherish it just as much as she did.
