I just wanted to write, as most estate agents get a rough ride (some deservedly so!)… I have been dealing with Durrants for quite a few months now searching for a new home – and I must say, everybody I have spoken to (in different offices) has always been really helpful, polite and professional. As buyers, we are sometimes treated poorly, as the agents are working for (and paid by) the sellers; which feels strange to me because without buyers etc the sellers couldn’t sell and vice versa. So a big Thank You to Durrants and their staff – it really is refreshing – keep it up!
