Our house sale/purchase ‘journey’ started in March this year and since that time we have met and had many dealings with estate agency staff from across the Anglian region.
We would like known that James stands head-and-shoulders above the rest, perhaps rendered more unusual as we were not the clients. He has shown himself consistently (not a common trait in our experience) to be affable without being supercilious (again a common complaint). He has been thorough, punctual, and reliable never promising more than he could confidently deliver (also commonly encountered). He has been knowledgeable, diligent and has shown notable inter-personal skills when dealing with apparently anxious, cautious clients.
We are delighted that our journey is coming to an end, thanks in no small part to James.

Recently bought and sold through Durrants and received a first class service. They really work for their clients and and are responsive, if I ever could not get through, somebody would always get back to me and they would chase transaction stakeholders when ever I requested them to.
