Our house sale/purchase ‘journey’ started in March this year and since that time we have met and had many dealings with estate agency staff from across the Anglian region.

We would like known that James stands head-and-shoulders above the rest, perhaps rendered more unusual as we were not the clients. He has shown himself consistently (not a common trait in our experience) to be affable without being supercilious (again a common complaint).
