Office Administration Manager

Anna is the first point of contact for new and existing clients. She joined Durrants in 2014, bringing with her a wealth of executive administration and PA experience. She has had roles with Lloyds Bank, HSBC and The Royal Bank of Scotland as well as being the Group Sales Co-ordinator at a multi-national greetings card company. Her business skills also led to her establishing and running her own successful business. Anna manages all invoicing, reports, appointments and office systems and is also the Quality Manager for ISO9001.

Overall we were extremely happy with all services we received.


The service was excellent – Trevor was very available to answer my questions and put himself out to get my report back very quickly.  Anna was very professional, clear about availability and reliable in getting expectations and meeting them in replying to my questions.
