The business consists of a small Holiday and Residential Site currently run by one person. The properties are all Freehold and individually privately owned. The limited company owns and maintains the communal grounds, car parking areas, paths and boundaries for the 45 holiday and 24 residential properties. Buildings include site office and store, a brick and tile building with double glazed windows and doors comprising:-

Machinery store with double doors to side, 2.72m x 2.82m

Each property has a deed of maintenance contract running for a period of 80 years from the 27th September 1985. The amount paid is adjusted by the annual increase in the retail price index each year on the anniversary of each agreement. Also upon change of ownership of the properties the new owners are obliged to enter into a new updated agreement with the grounds maintenance company.

In addition the business deals with the water rates for all of the properties and the electricity supply for 18 of the holiday cottages.

The turnover for the year ending 31st March 2017 was £48,749.

2) The accounts for the last three years will be made available to interested prospective purchasers.
