The village of North Cove and the immediately adjoining village of Barnby are located approximately 4 miles east of the market town of Beccles which provides a comprehensive range of schooling, shopping, leisure facilities, connection to the Broads navigable waterways system and rail link to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich. The resort and port of Lowestoft is some 6 miles to the east, the heritage coastline at Southwold is some 10 miles to the south east and the city of Norwich with its international airport and intercity and cross country rail links is some 21 miles to the north.

DIRECTIONS From Beccles take the A146 towards Lowestoft, turn left sign posted North Cove, follow the road round into The Street and the entrance to Fountains Lane will be found immediately past the hairdressers on the right hand side. The building plot will be found on the right hand side after a further 40m or so.
