Proceed into Somerleyton and follow the road as it bears right with the entrance to Blundeston on the left hand side, and on the right hand side Flixton Marsh Lane will be seen with an old style red telephone box nearly abutting the main road. Proceed on this unadopted road and the properties will be seen on the right hand side.

LOCATION Blundeston is located part way between the resort towns of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. The village offers basic village amenities of a public house and primary schooling. The seaside resort of Lowestoft is situated along the East Coast towards the end of the A12.
