The vendor will be responsible for cross compliance up to the date of completion, the purchaser will take over the cross compliance obligations on completion and will indemnify the vendor for any non compliance which results in a penalty or deduction in the vendors payments under the Basic Payment Scheme.

From Harleston take the A143 signposted Bungay/Great Yarmouth, turn right signposted Homersfield/Flixton on the B1062. Proceed into the village of Flixton, turn right into Church Road, signposted South Elmham villages, them for Lot 1 turn left into Abbey Road. For Lot 2 proceed along Grange Road for about 3/4 of a mile and the land will be on the right hand side.
