We’re thrilled to welcome Georgia Lee who has been appointed as Residential Sales Manager of our flagship office in Southwold.

Georgia has been involved in estate agency for her entire career, progressing rapidly from apprentice to senior roles in under six years and is now bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to Durrants.

She says Durrants’ long-standing reputation for customer service was a key reason why she was keen to join the company. “I love the fact that Durrants are more focused on giving customers a great experience rather than bombarding them with stats and figures”, Georgia said.

“I thrive and enjoy working with customers face-to-face and finding the right home for them rather than just selling property. My previous roles were in a corporate agency where sometimes the personal interaction and the excitement of discovering a perfect home for a client can get lost.”

“I also love how involved we are in our local communities and the charity work we do. Being a pillar of the community as opposed to just sitting on the high street. It’s great to be a part of it.”

Georgia says her approach to working with clients is different every time. “No two properties are the same and no two people are the same, so we always offer a tailored experience rather than ‘one package fits all’. It’s an important part of what we do at Durrants and leads to many successful outcomes for buyers and sellers.”
