In 2015, Durrants successfully negotiated multiple planning approvals from the Broads Authority to facilitate the expansion of an existing business park.
The development involved a complex mix of planning requirements, including permitted development rights for changes of use, demolition, extensions to commercial buildings and retrospective works.
Additionally, there were a number of planning challenges to be addressed, including flooding (proximity to the River Waveney), Conservation Area impacts, access and native planting issues.
