In 2015 Durrants gained planning permission and building regulations approval for the change of use of a former shop building into a three bedroom house.
Nestled in the Norfolk countryside, the characterful building features Norfolk flint with stone mullion gothic windows. The design incorporates a visually discrete porch and features a double height, open plan living space at ground floor level.
The first floor accommodates three bedrooms and bathroom, with conservation roof lights minimising the impact on the existing roof profile. The design includes cast iron rainwater pipes and gutters, glazed pantiles and bespoke hardwood timber sliding windows.
