BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
The relevant number of BPS entitlements will be transferred to the buyer on completion of the sale in respect of the arable farmland. A 2018 BPS claim will be submitted by the seller and the claim will be retained by them. Copies of the most recent BPS claims are available from the agents Diss office.
