We pride ourselves in attracting the right people to our property auctions and ensure your property has a comprehensive marketing campaign to inform as many interested parties as possible.

Properties are marketed intensively for 5 – 6 weeks prior to auction. They are advertised in our property auction catalogue, in the local and regional press, on Rightmove residential and the Rightmove Specialist Property Auction websites, Zoopla, the Durrants website and EDP 24 website. There will also be an additional Rightmove auctions e-mail campaign. All legal packs placed on EIG (Electronic Information Groups) website for public download. And of course, the trusty for sale board!
