We have an exciting vacancy at our Southwold office for an energetic and professional person to join our amazingly friendly property team. The role will be on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an important role managing the administration function of both the Lettings and Residential Sales departments.

Apprentice Secretary, Harleston

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to join our friendly team in Harleston.

This role will suit you if you are looking to start your secretarial career. You will have the opportunity to study for an NVQ 3 in Business Administration whilst working alongside our Chairman’s secretary assisting with Agricultural secretarial duties and management of rental properties. You’ll need to be naturally confident as this role involves dealing with enquiries from the general public, both in person and over the telephone and strong typing and IT skills are essential.

Salary for under 18’s: £5.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5.30pm (with an hour for lunch)
