It’s better by bike for Durrants

25th October 2018

Southwold estate agents Durrants will be a visible presence on two wheels in the town after equipping their team with a brand new British made bike, which they hope will help get them to appointments on time.

Durrants Managing Director Dominic Parravani says the move came about while spending too much time stuck in traffic.  “For most of the year, but particularly during the summer months, Southwold can be choked with traffic. Parking in the town is also a real problem, so I thought it would be a good idea to buy our office their very own bike.

“It looks very pretty in green with a basket on the front and enables our viewings team and the staff here to get around town.  We can often get to appointments quicker by bike than by car.”

Mr Parravani believes the green bike will also help Durrants make a small contribution to their green credentials too.  “It’s good for the environment and it’s also good for the wellbeing of our staff who now have the option of getting some fresh air and not having the stress of having to find a parking space.”
